This website is operated by REI Balance, part of Rootcastle Engineering & Innovation. We process personal data as data controller in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Data we process

Name, company, email, phone and message submitted through the contact and quote form; at the moment you submit it, your IP address, an approximate location derived from it (country, region and city level), browser and device type, and the time of the request. If you accepted analytics cookies, the site that referred you and the first page you opened are added to your request.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to answer your request, prepare a quote, plan the field team for the right region, manage the service relationship and keep the form secure (abuse and spam prevention), based on pre-contractual necessity and legitimate interest. Visit source and analytics data rely solely on the consent you give in the cookie banner.

Sofia AI assistant

Messages you write to the Sofia AI assistant are sent to the NVIDIA NIM service to generate an answer and are not stored on this site; the conversation history stays only in your browser tab. Do not enter personal or confidential information.

Location

Approximate location is determined without asking your browser for location access, only by looking up the IP address in a local database on our server; your IP address is not sent to any third-party service for this. It is city-level and does not reveal an exact address. IP geolocation data by DB-IP (db-ip.com), licensed under CC BY 4.0.

Cookies

Strictly necessary: session, form security (XSRF-TOKEN) and your cookie choice (rei_consent, 180 days). These are required for the site to work and need no consent. Consent-based: with "Accept all", the visit source is kept in your browser session (sessionStorage) and sent to us only if you submit the form; Google Analytics sets analytics cookies only after this consent; without it, Google Consent Mode keeps cookies off and only cookieless, anonymous measurement pings are sent. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page.

Retention

Quote requests and related technical data are kept for as long as the business relationship and legal obligations require, at most 10 years, and then deleted or anonymised.

Sharing

Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing. It may be shared only with providers strictly required to deliver the service, such as hosting and the AI answer service.

Your rights

You may ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, object to processing and withdraw your consent. Please use the contact form, phone or WhatsApp line to submit requests.
